Which alt coins have constant number of new coins per block? By having a constant number of new coins per block, the percentage increase in the coin supply per unit of time will decrease over time. If the coin continues to have PoW miners, the rate of increase will asymptote toward 0%. Would this constant block reward be a better model than the bitcoin model (gradually reducing reward plus transfer fees)?

You can't win if you don't play. But you can't play if you lose all your chips. First I found bitcoin (BTC). Then I found something better, Monero (XMR). See GetMonero.org

1CR never halves. 1 coin per block for the next 10 thousand years or so.

minerscoin ann thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=766157
looks very promising with a stable
block reward over a long period
50 coins per block and reduces by 10% every 4years. its difficulty is still very low you can mine lots of coins.
