Hi, yes, we're here! We relaunched our new range of services in July, including Locks, a way to tie your wallet balance to USD, Gold etc. to ride out price volatility.
In fact there is a short, live demo for that today 4pm GMT, if you want to find out more.

I don't need locks, in fact I can't use it in the U.S.
I want to use coinapult to send coins, but the website won't let me register from the U.S.
Are you locking out all U.S. residents, even though we don't want to use the "locks" service?
Once again -- I am NOT going to use locks, but your website still won't let me register.

Sorry birr,
We are unable to serve the U.S across all of our products as we haven't been able to find a safe path for customers through the regulatory minefield there.
We hope to be able to serve the U.S in the future, just as soon as we achieve clarity about our position. In the meantime, thank you for considering us.
