I have $500 creditcardUSD. It's difficult to convert into BTC without getting fee-raped, and don't have much other use for a credit card since I rarely make personal purchases outside of BTC I spend. However, I also have an active ShopRunner account, which gives 2-day shipping to the US (including PR, AL, HI) from Newegg and a few other places.

Prices are 5% over spot and include free return shipping. This is not automated. You need to send me your order, then your BTC, then I order the item for you and it gets shipped to your house. BTC counts for $4.95BTC until GoxLast is <$4.85 or >$5.05 -- So, if you ordered $500 of goods, the price you'd pay would be $525 in BTC. @ $4.95/BTC, that would be 106.0606BTC

I've not done this before, so am not aware of potential problems this may run into. If I can't fulfill your order for some reason, I'll simply refund you and tell you as soon as I know. I'll need your full mailing address to order for you. I'll address them to my own name just to be safe (not sure if this may get me flagged for something by ShopRunner, though I haven't used it in many months, so it wouldn't matter much to me if the account were suspended).

Almost the same service. A Newegg gift voucher will not get you free 2-day & return shipping and includes an extra 1-2 day wait to get the gift voucher.
