I have 14 weeks left to download and now I get this error message= "No block source available..."

I used to have anything from 8 to 16 threads but now it is 0

What is happening?

Threads are irrelevant, maybe you wanted to write connnections? Anyway, try adding one of the fallback node from here

with addnode IP add from console.
