Welcome to earth 2014 -
I have decided to invite the community here on this bed of chaos and corruption, this forum to come and help develop a universal crypto currency constitution. (UCCC)
I pondered the development site and decided that this place better represents humanity in all its flaws than anywhere i could think of.
I fully expect that this document or the kernel of this document will be used for 1000's of human years, (if we last that long.)(questionable)
Details - :Why is this topic self moderated ?
I will not enforce this moderation except in extreme situations here is a general guideline:
What will be removed:- Death threats (to anyone)
- Constant non relevant "trolling"
- huge pictures that destroy the flow of the topic and conversation.
What will not be removed:- General trolling (if you want humanity to record that you trolled the first electronic universal crypto currency constitution I welcome you.)
- anything else that is not listed above.
- so knock yourselves out monkeys.
Instructions - :I will put up some general amendments - as we all know i'm not the most literate monkey to walk earth so lets help me with wording and prose,
if you want to be on record as contributing.if you disagree with the whole document feel free to start an alternate document on this forum and then we will all browse the many competing documents and hopefully come to some sort of
"general consensus" Please feel free to argue the case to why I'm wrong or what needs to be added,
that's what the topic is for - if you have an amendment to add just type it up and post it in the topic. ( i will cache this from time to time)
so with that, welcome and enjoy the discussion, the aim is to make this document focused, but simple, so that uneducated humans can learn but also touch on the universal aspects of human energy.
this could be seen as a universal simple guide and should try to stick to "plain language" the focus will be on human beings, but would also related to our derivatives or any other "self aware" entity.

notes:
*1. - where "Random Proof of Work" is used - in its absence there would need to be a consensual trusted "third party" that could issue a working crypto currency into neutral control; an example of this could be a "government" conducting a full issuance to a pre-determined and pre-issued "device" (PoW functioning device) upon which the majority is issued into neutral control. this would then compete in the market as per Amendment iii.
