How to get a ukrainian copyright?

I need one for a .ua domain, so I can get konich.ua

I had a dream I dressed up as a bat, and every day for a month I rolled in the cities of ukraine(with many people following with 'KONICHUA THE GREAT ROLLING BAT' posters) and put it on youtube. I then posted it to youtube daily, and after a month applied for and received a copyright.

Any ideas?

Just buy the domain, do you need a copyright for it? Probably need Ukranian business entity, lot's of bribes, sounds like a nightmare. If you own the domain good 2 go
