I know that for most mobos it is even a stretch to be able to boot with 4x5970 but lets say a mobo with UEFI has more memory to allocate all the GPUs and the AMD drivers do not make this into a problem because the iGPU is Intel. Could I use the iGPU for normal operation under win/linux? Or have I missed something? Has anyone tried this?

If you think my comments have benefitted you it would be nice to hear thanks Smiley

Good question. Even better question. 8 AMD GPUS + 8 nVidia GPUs. They aren't under the same driver, so it should be possible as far as the driver limit is concerned.

This is just a theory though.

The regular old bios won't have enough address space (probably) but efi is a different situation entirely.
