The government of Marshall Islands will arrange an initial coin offering, proceeds of which will be used to fill its coffers ahead of the termination of U.S. reparations payments, for sustainability projects related to climate change and green energy, among others.
So they plan on selling this coin just to get funds after they will no longer receive help from the US.
And this coin will be valued more than 0 after they will spend of that money....because?
At least, unlike Venezuela with their petrocoin, they are honest, we need you money cause we are going to be in trouble once the aid stops!!!!
