The official statement is out. New “Sovereign” Cryptocurrency Will Be Legal Tender (meaning coins or banknotes that must be accepted if offered in payment of a debt) in the Marshall Islands.

So they plan on selling this coin just to get funds after they will no longer receive help from the US.
And this coin will be valued more than 0 after they will spend of that money....because?Huh

At least, unlike Venezuela with their petrocoin, they are honest, we need you money cause we are going to be in trouble once the aid stops!!!!
