What will happen to the DAO funds?

now that a couple of millions have been raised for the DAO I'd be interested in its future: Who decides how much of this money will be spent for SlockIt locks? Is this the community's job or will some CEOs do this?

The DAO members will vote on how the money gets spent. That is the entire point of the DAO.

The right to vote is nice, but there will be a division into large and smaller? (Example: in the company's shareholders)
