This a list of bitcoin exchanges recommended
URLs:
https://paymium.com/ Premium – The European exchange, located in France
https://www.therocktrading.com The Rock Currency Exchange, located in Malta

These two exchanges are magnificent if you have to buy a few bitcoins. Otherwise, it could be difficult if you have to buy 50-100 bitcoins at once or even more.

Other exchanges not recommended but, still used by the bitcoin community, probably because of high liquidity.

URLs:
https://www.bitfinex.net/ Bitfinex – invest in the future, The platform is owned and operated by iFinex Inc. which is registered in the British Virgin Islands (BVI)
https://www.bitstamp.net/ Bitstamp – buy and sell bitcoins, located in Slovenia
https://www.btcchina.com/ BTCchina, located in Shanghai, Cina
https://btc-e.com/ BTC-e, i failed to discover physical address for this exchange. Their banking partner seems to be “Mayzus Financial Services Limited“

For large btc investment you can now use BIT, The Bitcoin Investment Trust, now listed at OTCC market, open-ended trust that is invested exclusively in bitcoin and derives its value solely from the price of bitcoin. It enables investors to gain exposure to the price movement of bitcoin without the challenges of buying, storing, and safekeeping bitcoins.

All of the trading sites is the pair of btc into fiat and you're right for recommending them for trading bitcoin in there.

Bitfinex got hacked around August I believe, it certainly isn't recommend to keep your funds in an exchange since they can be hacked(like bitfinex and cryptsy "did"). Buy your bitcoins and get them out asap. There seems to be bitcoin debit card companies such as spectrocoin that also act like exchanges. Edit: There is currently a scam accusation against spectrocoin here.

I was supposed to say that and it is not recommended anymore to use any of their service because of that incident.

Even though I am thinking if they will able to stand again out of that disaster still will see if there are people who still trust them.

You may also add to your list, localbitcoins.com

I mostly use bitfinex as bitcoin exchange platform before they got hacked and now still couldn't find any exchange to meet my needs which also have quite good security features, exclude coinbase they don't support trading for my country. But for all altcoin trading need, i am using poloniex and bittrex without problem and also some times use them to do bitcoin trading after bitfinex got hacked.

During hack, i was lucky to not have much bitcoin in finex but i never gonna trust them again as well as i will never put all my bitcoins in one exchanger for sure.

Well they are good markets, although i am doubt with bitfinex because of hacking issue couple months ago, but we can not making investment into all of markets because depend on people who live. Personality for trading bitcoin to fiat i use bitcoin.co.id it is more comfort for me.

i don't see why these two are recommended, you are not providing enough information about why you think these two are better and the rest aren't.

and i can't agree with you since i have never heard about these two.

i trust btc-e more than any other place because they have been around for a long time and has had problems in the past, even hacks but they solved it and paid the users in full.

anyways, all the exchanges have the same risk because they can say we were hacked and run away no matter where they are located.

sounds intriguing but again it is matter of trust which again i don't see any reason to trust them.

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

Well. Failed to mention the 119,756 BTC hack from Bitfinex. Huh. You somehow missed that.
Which quite frankly, throws your recommendations into question. Two unknown (at least to me)
exchange sites?
They could be legit(for all I know), but wonder how old the data you're basing your recommendation is.

No matter what, exchangers are not safe place to store your Bitcoin. I know that it could be very annoying waiting for confirmation of the deposit when you are eager to trade and the price is right but exchangers are just to vulnerable. It is better to keep smaller amount of coins and use multiple exchangers.
Everyone of us has different trading strategies and thus different expectation from the exchangers so it's hard to claim which one is the best.

you are not alone, i have never heard about any of those two exchanges that OP is "recommending" either. i have even checked coinmarketcap for the list of the exchanges and "paymium" is not even listed there "the rock trading" is number 30 and it doesn't seem to be having any volume apart from btc/eur and that much volume is only because bitcoin is rising!!
