Yup they are signed up at some exchange that automatically will convert your neos to BTC when you are making the purchase, so you don't have to do it yourself, not sure  how it works, but you don't even know it happens.

So if they accept Bitcoin, you can pay with neos and you wouldn't know the difference

But the main thing is NEOS was accepted, most coins are denied out of hand. Few are part of the program

Looks like we are getting close, picking up that last few Neos I can before V2 hit and the marketcap adjusts and the price breaks 100,000 sat, just like all coins like this do when this happens.
