What is a the best way to buy/sell BitCoins and USD?

I was thinking MtGox and Dwolla, but I head some bad things about Dwolla (and some good things) Should I just try and see if it works with small amount or do you guys got any better idea on what to do? What do you use? I already set up both accounts, but I got no coins or money yet to transfer to/from.

I think there might be some independent "trusted" buyers and "sellers" here..Don't know if theres a list on here?
