EDIT: Found another complaint related to the same scammer although this time Paypal 2 Btc:
This scammer is thankfully stupid enough, as i did a transaction with this shit-lazy-head since 21 days.
& it went good, we've agreed on Skype to trade 20.00 USD with 0.0536 Bitcoin, 1:1.
i tested him with 1$ first and he agreed to trade. so i received 1$ worth of BTC, then i sent 19$ via skrill and he sent 19$ worth of btc.
Which looks good for now, not to mention he showed needy status by requesting to send more $ in exchange for btc, he even made
a deal of selling 250$ BTC for 200$ skrill for some pharmacy item that he should get urgently.
20 days later, i requested another 60$ worth of BTC, he agreed. I've proceeded and sent 20$ first as i was going to do it
per 3 stages. and he refused to send BTC nor refund. what a hero lol
