Ok, so I upgraded my Antminer S1 today and everything seemed straight forward.  After I did it I turned it on and proceeded to upgrade the firmware to the S3 firmware.  Well after waiting 3 hours for it to complete it finally timed out.  Now I cant even get it to connect to the network.  Is there anyway to recover this machine or did it get fried??  Any help would be appreciated!!!

Thanks

Chances are that you may have bricked your miner.
Do a reset using the reset button on the control board.

I'm assuming that you're not able to connect to the unit via web?  Remember, if you flashed the ROM with the newest S3 firmware, the unit will go back to original specs of 192.168.1.99.

yup.  it reset the ip and there was a conflict with another miner I had forgot to adjust.  All good now.  Well almost.  One of my upgrade kits was missing the 2 2x10 cables, and it seems Bitmain wont send them to me either unless I place another order.

Rather than getting the missing cable from bitmaintech arrange or diy the cable.
You can replace it when bitmaintech give you one else you valuable mining time and ROI will get hurt.
