dwolla alternatives

I've had several bit-coin transactions and am glad to see some real businesses using coins. 

But I've already grown tired of Dwolla.  They are so slow and their site is not technically sound (particularly their instant deposit feature -- which they have opened up for me yet never works).

So typically I initiate a deposit to Dwolla through my bank account, but this takes soooooooo long. 

What other alternatives are people using to get coins faster?
