Xtreme miners stole our money...get together to get it back

 lost a 10 000USD worth of BTC by 'purchasing' a Tiger miner. never heard of the Xtreme miners again or seen my money back.
the mining community is very large and I can't believe that people are just giving up their money so easily. there are certainly many intellligent people who could do something together.  will be happy to get any ideas how to win over these scamers.
