Market Place for Small Loans?

I was wondering is there a need or want for someone to lend people small bits of bitcoin to people ? I suppose I don't know what people do with small bits of bitcoin lol but just was wondering thanks....

i think there was a mini bitcoin site , someone was doing that , then there is IBB (me) offering micro-loans, and ofcourse people offer small loans here in this lending section
