Strange way to send Bitcoins

Has anyone heard of bithalo, http://bithalo.org/ ? I sent some money through it and it worked out fine; but am not sure if it's legit for bigger sums?

I build and sell Twitter accounts and used them the last 2 sales I did. One guy was in Germany and one guy was in Michigan. Pretty cool service or product or whatever
