I want to add some additional information to my specific transaction, so that I can send the additional information to blockchain.
Can we edit and add new field to CTxOut class in order to send additional information to transaction object and then to the blockchain?

What additional information are you referring to? What do you mean by blockchain? Bitcoin block explorer, Blockchain.info  or bitcoin block chain?
