4850 Radeon constantly getting verification error

I can't get this card to run consistently. I have generated 0.005 coins in a a few days with deepbit, but its constantly telling me hardware verification has failed with latest GUIminer. ATI Stream 2.1. Win7 x64.

It doesn't matter if i use stock speeds, overclocked, underclocked, underclocked memory, vectors/no vectors, -w option etc.

Am getting 60-70 mhash/s. Fanspeed=locked at 100%. Temp: 71c.

My system passes prime95 with EC for 12 hours.
