The human species is pissing me off too much lately, maybe I should go find my cats and have a conversation with them instead, would probably get a better response.

Merely trolling isnt going to get you a prison sentence, and so it shouldn't, but constant harassment should just as it would in the real world.

Thankfully they seem to have defined it properly, but I really think they're just going to start using it as an excuse to randomly arrest people for posting things on the internet, it's just now it's more official.
