Xapo problems with receiving funds?

I sent some bitcoins to my Xapo wallet and its been over 10 confirmations, but they are still not added to my account.

How long does it take, any ideas?

tryed that moon bitcoin faucet with direct payment to xapo. every 5-10 times i get error that is too many similar requests. it is most perfide scam i have ever saw both xapo and moon bitcoin.
