First of all, I know Im a newbie so don't go crazy on me for wanting to go through paypal. My paypal has a verified ID, address, and SSN but I don't have a bank account so I think it still shows up unverified. I can provide to my seller photo proof of my identity or photo proof of anything they may need(I've never bought btc before). Like the title says my budget is 57 bucks, thats all I got in my account and im looking for the best deal, and the dealer MUST be trusted within the community, no matter how hypocritical that may sound.

My name's Dante, and Im ready to earn the trust of the community, Im looking to be a permanent consistent customer Smiley

PS, Feel free to flame on me for being a newb, just take it easy, Im here to do business just like the rest of yall so lets talk MONEY

No flame intended but a new user wanting to use Paypal (easily reversible) to purchase BTC would not be the wisest move to make.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
