Few of the member said that it is allowed but you need to post the non ref link also. but some of them said that it is not allowed can any one confirm it

According to rules it is clearly said that

No referral code (ref link) spam.

That is right.

AFAIK, you are not allowed to create a thread to promote your ref link. But if someone asks for it, you can make a reply with your ref link.
For example, if someone makes a thread "Which dice site is the best?", you are allowed to offer him some suggestions with a ref link.

Anyway, it's elegant - if you put your ref link - putting also a "non-ref" link if people just don't wanna make you money...

i have seen ref links in games and rounds section but not in gambling and/or service discussion sections, maybe in service section you can offer a service like a prize for your refferals
