3) Also, is the price set is as per Bitsamp rates + some % or I can set fixed price of my own as well?

4) What are the fees for selling?

If you are making your ad for selling then 1% fee. if you are accepting others offer then it's free for you.
As simple as this.

If you are making your ad then you can set your price according to your comfortable price.

I replied 1st already if you accept other offer then 1 BTC if you post ad then 1.01 BTC.
