Generally in pay per click advertising the fact that the user clicked indicates they may at least have some interest in the product or service.

In other words the quality of your clicks are only slightly above ppc fraud.  Slightly.  Your pricing reflect premium quality clicks (like targeted adsense clicks) but your business model is click-spam.  You can't have both.

It's not fraud if the advertisers are aware of how the site works. The way the site makes visitors click on ads does make a click worth very little, though. Your price per click should be about 1/10th of what the other sites are charging.

Clicking on Ads doesn't reduce the time

and the clock just keeps cycling. I was playing around with my settings with 30 seconds or so left, when I finished, there was 4.5 minutes left. I figured I refreshed the page, so I waited, and the same thing happened. At 0 Seconds, it went back to full time.

And, I ordered 1000 impressions of my Ad, do I need to activate anything?
