Winklevoss Index (WinkDex) have released an app for Android. You can find it at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mbai.winkdex.

Features:

I'm not sure if I can trust an index that uses CampBX but not other exchanges that actually have relevant volume in their formula.
