If you're interested, I have one 775 chip left, the Q9550S ES.

What's a reasonable price? I sold my q9450 just a few weeks ago for $150 shipped. It sold within a few hours.

If it runs stable & overclocks, I'll take it. My offer is 20 BTC shipped to Canada.

I can't convince you of a cheap e8500 upgrade? 10 BTC shipped. I know it's only dual core, but the higher cache does do wonders.

Actually a really good price for that e8500. My brother has the e8400, and it's a pretty decent chip (for it's time).

I was going to say no, but then i did a little checking and it overclocks real well (at least good samples do). Is this an E0 stepping? Those are the best. 10 shipped to Canada, I can do that. *EDIT* - Purchased e8500 from xurious

Thanks but I'm going to have to pass on that offer, as these go for $350+ on eBay (and they're not ES). I'm guessing is he'll want something along the lines of 60 btc minimum as it's some weird "collectors" model.
Not sure if I would call it a collector's model, but rather an out of production, rare stepping that is sought after.

I'd say when you can purchase a current tech chip (Sandybridge-e or Ivybridge), that delivers superior performance, at the same or lower cost and yet someone paid $350 for the 9550, then I'd certainly call that collectors. Especially when the same chip without the rare stepping is sold for half the price and performs the same. I also did sell Foggyb an e8500. It'll go out USPS Today.
