Yesterday, I made a thread about Coinbase's 5-day delay: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=840623.msg9381514#msg9381514  Asked about credit card recommendations, so I can get rid of the delay in the future...

A few minutes ago, I purchased $17 worth of bitcoins on Coinbase. What would be ideal is if someone would be willing to lend me the same amount, which I would pay back when my Coinbase purchase cleared.

Unfortunately many people on this thread prefer it if you could pay an interest fee.

It's a greedy world out there and I'm part of it as well. Sorry.

How much interest would you recommend for a transaction like this?

It's better if you just wait these 2 days rather than pay the interest on it.

^

I charge 0.33% interest per day, however I prefer to have collateral to backup any loans I give out.

If you want to borrow 0.05~ BTC, you'll have to pay back an extra 0.000165~ BTC per day.

So at the end of the 2 day period you'll have to pay 0.05033 BTC total.

I charge an extra 5% per day late (+ 0.33%/day).
