IsStandard in each pool

Hey, I want to know about each of the pools if there is any specific OP_CODES or something else that they forbid(That they won't accept a transaction with a specific OP_CODE or has more outputs than X)
(I'm talking about things that the Pool changed, not something that is integrated in the IsStandard method)

And I want to know if there are any Bitcoin Address's that you ignore them and don't accept transactions to/from it. (Satoshi Dice for example)
