Chicagoland BitCoiners- Lets all meet up!!

I want to setup a day were we all can meet, and talk bitcoin.    We cannot let the east coast have all of the fun. 

I was thinking Schaumburg, over by Woodfield.  ITs right at Rt 53 and 90.     The new starbucks in Streets of Woodfield is nice.   

What are you all thinking?

I'm thinking:  "Damn, I wish I wasn't the only bitcoiner in my State.  It would be nice to meet up with others from the forum."

Seems like we got a ton of folks on the west coast and east coast.   Where is the midwest?

I'd love to meet and learn more about Bitcoin and Woodfield area would work perfectly for me, however, at this point I have nothing to contribute- still trying to grasp the concept of Bitcoin.  Looks like it's becoming a trend, so I just started reading about it but there's still a lot of confusion, especially with the concept of mining...
I am a developer myself, doing some freelance work, so at this point I am at a stage where I am trying to figure out whether it's worth my time learning about this.
