Hello, i have been involved with altcoins and bitcoin from around 1 year this month, i have never mined bitcoin but mined altcoins, i feel i made the wrong decision and should have mined bitcoin but the equipment to mine bitcoin was harder to get hold of this time last year. I would like to know, if you were going to set up a bitcoin miner from today, what kind of rig would you be happy with? Would you stay away from mining or would you go for it and reap the rewards if you had enough finances to feel confident in doing so? I really want to mine Bitcoin but i know if i do i have to go all out in terms of mining power?

I would rather go into mining other altcoins than mine bitcoin because of the high difficulty and the costs it would take me before I reach ROI. If you really want to mine bitcoins, I suggest you not to make it full time because the electricity costs is waaay over your profit.
Or better yet, just buy bitcoins during the dips. But if you really want to mine, go ahead. Help the bitcoin network. Smiley Good luck on that mate. Wink

Agree ^^^^  Better to buy coins at this point.  If the coins going back up to $500, mining would make more sense.
