I hope this is in the right place, if not please move to an appropriate place.

Firstly let me say that I have been using Cryptopay.me to buy BTC for a few months now, and despite a few delays in processing times, they have always done the job. I even sold BTC to them in the beginning of October and transferred  that to my bank in less than 24 hours.

This isn't a complaint, but I feel I need to raise the question now before my situation gets worse. Also, the team at Cryptopay, especially George has been top notch.

Earlier this week I sold over 6 BTC to them and then created a transfer to my bank account. I did this on a Sunday, expecting the process to start Monday - thinking I would see another 24 hours deposit time, but expecting 3 days.

It is now Day 4 and nothing. George has sent me what appears to be a screen grab from their EU bank which shows the right amounts and such. He explains that they send the money to a payment gateway which then forwards it on to my UK bank, alleviating the fees at my end. This process could take 4 days... which is outside the 1-3 days it states on the Cryptopay website.

I have been in contact with George and he has kept me up to date. I am curious if anyone else has had issues with transferring to a bank once selling BTC to Cryptopay?

As I stated above, I have had no issues with the guys at Cryptopay.me. But I am being careful at this stage and wanted to post something just incase. I am confident I will see the money, but also would like to see if anyone else has experienced long delays.

Thanks
