I'm not sure what you mean by a proof-of-seeding coin either. I know that qora coin wallets are generated from seeds, but I don't know what proof-of-seeding is.

Is it possible the creation of a coin that will reward you for the hours you are on seeding torrent status? Better than the POW and it will help the torrent community. The more hours you seed a torrent file, the more coins you mine.
