if I find his claims valid and if I see the accounts to be worthy enough as a collateral, that's if it's able to be ranked up and sold them only will I consider loaning him the balance.

Even if the accounts had the value (which i also think they dont have) , it would still be a challange to find an escrow that would want to deal with 20 accounts
withouth taking significant portion of the loan in fee's.

OP PMed me about this, but I have decided to withdraw my offer. After doing some research, I think that these accounts are not worth 0.1 BTC as there doesn't seem to be much demand, and I will still need to wait a few weeks and possibly post from them in order to get them to Jr. Member if OP doesn't return the loan.

all your accounts have same posts and activity or there are some accounts with higher rank also like member rank
20 newbie accounts are really not worth 0.10BTC IMO, but if they are mixed accounts from newbie to member rank then they might be worth of the requested money, newbie accounts seems like through away accounts in first view

Good point, but as an obvious account farmer, he will open another loan request using another account, change the story a bit
and try to pull a play until someone falls for it. Doesnt have to be tho, maybe his provider blocked his net for not paying the bill in the end
