how to use custom listen ports on cgminer running as a proxy

this is so annoying thats its so hard to find out. how do i set custom listening ports on cgminer im trying to use it as a scrypt proxy and i can figure out the command no its not the normal -gp or -sp  -.- simple things can be so complicated with cgminer im not even sure its and option
