This is not a giveaway, read carefully to what is he saying.
Send 0.01, you'll get 0.005 back > Loss of 0.005 right there!
Then he'll pick one out of 10 people (most probably his alt-account) and he will win 0.02
Or
He won't even bother with all the above and just run-away. You won't get anything.
