Upgrading Client from 0.6.2 to 0.6.3

I just recently installed 0.6.2 in Windows 7 (64 bit).  If I am going to upgrade to 0.6.3, do I need to uninstall 0.6.2 and then install 0.6.3?
Do I need to download the entire block chain again?

Can I just install 0.6.3 over 0.6.2 without having to download the block chain again?

What about my wallet?  Will the upgrading process overwrite my existing wallet.dat file?

The upgrade process will not touch the blockchain database or your wallet.

That said, always make backups of wallet.dat.
