I look away for a few minutes, and this guy gets confirmed.  Probably because none of his stories stacked up and I kept with my decision not to lend.  I hope no one got too burned by this.

For reference, the initial request I received was 600, then 300, then 100, then a couple at 75.

wow, some big numbers there.  Yea he initiated a few(what appeared like good transactions at the time) and went running to every lending source he could find.

We never know though. Could be we are all judgemental assholes and the guy just has a lot on his plate and will pull through...  I'd much rather be flagged as an asshole though than see more people get scammed.

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

I got in touch with one of his references.  The "I'm working for this guy and what he's paying will cover the loan" came back as "yeah, I spoke to him, but nothing definite"

The change in value, asking many people at the same time, inconsistent post stories, and the special "I already have two Minirigs" in the pm posted by yochdog https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=88738.msg978095#msg978095 were hard to go past.

SCAMMER

Why do people never listen to us?
I'm starting to think the same. Practically anyone called out by us has been proven to be a scammer, to the extent that I'm feeling sick and tired to call another one out. I called HonorMe out on his first attempt to get a loan - I won't say how but those tards are really obvious. We should actually start to reinforce some anti-scamming rules over here.

Just my BTC0.02

Wrd.  These scammers need to be named and shamed before they even have a chance to scam.  If by some chance an honest trader accidentally gets labeled as a scammer, BOO FUCKING HOO.
