Kashif009 scammer does not give facebook vouchers!dragging me for 2 days

What happened::
And so this is my first ever transaction with a member of bitcointalk and so far it has not been good
I paid first (as usual) and he said he will send facebook vouchers today
Whole day passed , making lame excuses that server is down ,website is out of stock blah blah blah
He is selling facebook vouchers of $50 for $18
Due to him i made commitment with 2 clients for $50 vouchers and since he did not deliver my reputation was effected
he starts abusing and use extremely bad language
He makes false promises that he will deliver now , he will deliver afterwards , deliver tomorrow ,deliver evening, deliver blah
The most annoying thing
He is selling something which is not in stock in his inventory
Asks for payment first and then leaves buyer to his misery
Since he was from the same country as mine i thought it should not be a problem but people scam their brothers and its a fact
No place is safe
i would advise that you think hundred times before making any deal on bitcointalk since transactions are irreversible there is high risk involved
i do not know how he is getting postive comments from people on his profile and thread
I would advise to be careful with him .
Right now he has messaged me that he will refund money today ( this thread remains open untill i receive btc in my wallet)
i am attaching our conversation of whatsapp as proof
PS: Always ask proof for vouchers

Actually i sent him payment in two transactions since he said i received $35.3 the first time so had to total $36
