I have not used micowallet.   Do you have ability to get private key (don't post it on board).  But if you can you can open with another wallet. 

If you don't have access I'm guessing their support is only option.

micowallet is a payment used by faucet sites. i can not find support on microwallet site, they only have a email address. I sent a message but no reply

My advice is rather than spending your time looking for clues and trying to reach customer support, just forget it. A lot of faucet sites come and go and it's just part and parcel of the game. If you are into bitcoin, best way is to earn money doing other things then use it to buy bitcoin.

I haven't used faucets in a long time and most of them use microwallet. If you can't find a way to contact them, maybe it's better you try to contact the faucet owners and inform them that microwallet is not sending payments.

old currently paying microwallet faucets still work (like http://moneyinpjs.com/BTCfaucet ) but new faucets cant get the API to start the new faucets.

You will be paid but they seem to be paying once every few weeks. Just wait and it will show up. I get over 200K daily from them.

there are options for something like 5800 Satoshi and 1 Million satoshi

it took 3 days instead of 48 hours that they promised, but nevertheless i've received it

Since Oct, microwallet has already changed their promise for payment from 48 hours to 7 days.

Oh you're using a wallet service from faucets. You should wait until you reach the minimum threshold before you can withdraw, and they only pay in certain times, though.

The biggest problem with mircowallet is that they have very poor communication with its users. The owner haven't logged in his bitcointalk account for over a month, and made no update on the site or on bitcointalk.
