What happens if you lose your investors' money? If you aren't able to fund yourself how are you going to pay back.

I think it is better to gamble with the own bitcoin , not with the btc of the other users. I suggest you (CrackedLogic ) : not help him in this initiative, however at the end is your choice.

No offense but I don't see the point for you to take investment at all.
If you win the bet, you will send the profit in proportional to the investment, so you are not getting any benefit.
If you lose the bet, you will generously give investors a bit back, so you are getting some further losses.
