I have a thread selling to trusted members but I figured I would make another thread selling just 1 BTC, without restricting it to only trusted members. I accept Paypal, wire transfer, and western union.

Rate is 15%

However, there are a few requirements that must be met beforehand:
1. You must live in the US.
2. You must be able to provide clear proof that the Paypal account is yours (government issued photo-ID with your name and address matching your Paypal account info, you can black out all other information)

Everyone already sends everything over to China anyway. Nobody tries to support their own economic systems.
