I dont think people would accept paypal as an option here, maybe you should try localbitcoins?

Do you have PSC or only Paypal?

You said in the title that you are able to either pay in Paypal or Paysafecard but in the OP you haven't got any information about the paysafecard you offer. Which country are they from? What denomination is it in?
