no way you can withdraw without deposit.. as far as i know you have to buy some mining power to be able to withdraw your earnings

they are not ponzis.. because they have their own coin (profit coin) and they mine the profit coin and give us in bitcoins .
You can see their site they have also participated in a conference and there are some pictures of their miner data centers also.
Information about profit coin can be found from their site and you can also sell the kh/s you have bought. This all shows hashprofit is legit.
