Just bought these with bitcoins from newegg. Coming from HD201's to these JVC HA-RX900's are astonishing. Next stop, grado's or audi-technica's possibly senn's HD 800's < LOL when if they drop in cost.....

DIY headphone stand with JVC HA-RX900's. Coupled with asus xonar d1 & FiiO E11k.

If you have the monies, audio-technica's or grados or some senn's aka sennheiser.

After I bought the Bose Soundlink Mini speakers, I tend to avoid headphones for home use.
For outside, I use the Koss headphones

I have Yuin PK3 buds, very solid and cheap, they said they break easily but they are lasting me for a lot of time, sound quality is superb for the price.

Well I have a Steelseries Diablo headset and an AKG K712PRO. I don't have a stand. Why would I need one?
They are typically in a casing of their own, or just laying on my closed laptop.

If you are looking for an audiophile headphones can't recommend V-MODA Crossfade M-100 more than any other.
