Hey there guys, I have decided to hire a developer to create a twitter bot for me.
Functions:
It will tweet the price of bitcoin every 3 minutes, from several exchanges
example tweet:

I can try to make you one. I have never worked with twitter API but I think I can handle it. If you can afford to tweet every 5min you can use free hosting at http://www.000webhost.com/ (I must check first if they really support everything needed in free version). I am using this page for my parsing project and it is working smoothly.

If you want to use it on your VPS then usually you need php, curl, depends on which technology you would use.

About price I don't know something about 20$ would be ok I think.
