Seeking game developer for a bitcoin coin pusher type game

I'm looking for someone to make a digital "coin pusher" type game that works with bitcoin.

The game should be:
secure / impossible to cheat or hack
open-source and verifiable, preferably based on the blockchain
photo-realistic (as opposed to a cartoon representation)

Any thought on how this could be implemented? Part of the "coin pusher" experience in real life is the luck involved of where the coin(s) push, how much they push, etc...how could you take that luck factor into account and make it fair at the same time?
