I would like to warn people to be very careful in providing personal information to Paybase.com.

By providing social security numbers, physical addresses, phone numbers, email addresses to those guys, you are just providing vital information to an unknown entity...  allowing them to steal your identity.

Do you know where they do business from?
Do you know their physical address?
Do you know their names and phone numbers?

If anything goes wrong, which information will you give to the law enforcement agencies?

Just my two satoshis...

Very good post, were all to easy with providing our personal info, which can be abused fairly easlily, good thread man!

same goes for all exchanges.

All the AML and KNC rules is totally irrelevant BULLSHIT.
The user needs to be protected not exposed to these risks.

Knowing from first hand experience, AML and KYC laws are very strict indeed, but you are correct in being extremely selective with what you give you to whom. I would personally not use anything they are involved with

most of altcoin exchanges are also unknown
we don't know who is owner of those and other info
only few of them are registered others are running annonymously
