We sell bitcoins at a slight discount and without any fees but I don't think anyone anywhere is selling Bitcoins at a huge discount.

Bitcoins are "cash".   It would be like saying "hey where are the places people are selling Euros at 30% off.  I know there are people who are willing to offer huge discounts on Euros to get dollars."

Bitcoins are fungible and liquid.  Nobody needs to provide huge discounts.

I can vouch for Tangible Crypto!

He saved me A LOT of time by overnighting a cashiers check for what some would consider a "pretty decent" sum.

Saved me the time of trading 1-3BTC for the next few days to get my dividends consolidated.

FastCash4Bitcoins aside, you could always try your luck with

Open a new trade and see if it can get filled.

I would go to Facebook and log in than search for Bitcoin. There are many people trading from different countries.
